  Yes you play the numbers. It happened to me in the Summer of 2018 when I dreamt 449 and played it straight the next day in the PA Pick 3 and won. No i was not drunk, but I did not sleep well that night. 

  I've had other dreams involving numbers and one of the things I have found out is that I am not allowed to tell anyone. If I talk about it ahead of time, I don't win. 

  I've also dreamt numbers for High Stakes Bingo and won on those numbers that day. 

  The biggest problem I have found with number dreams is you cannot remember them all. I could remember 449 when I woke up and immediately wrote it down. I cannot however remember numbers like this 8, 15, 23, 36, 41 and 6 that might be used for a Powerball or MegaMillions win. Just too many of them. 

  I've had some very complex number dreams, but I just cannot remember and write them all down. Interestingly, quite a few of those dreams involved my brother who passed away 7 years ago. 

  Do I think they are real? Yes. Do I know how to have them all the time? No.

  Funny you should mention- that "bright" idea came battling insomnia with a shot of Jack Daniels in hand.
