I have been studying the lottery and I came with this method.

One of the way to hit the pick 3 is always playing the 5 numbers even system. For example.

EVEN - 0 2 4 6 8. If we take out the doubles out. We have :

024246
026248
028264
046268
048280
060284
068286
080468

Let s try this combinations in the last 10 draws in a state.

Let s pick TX.

642 - 2/19/20 -- same as 264 my table.

862 - 2/19/20 -- same as 286 my table

468 - 2/14/20 -- same as 468 my table

208 - 2/14/20 --- it repeated twice 280 or 028 on my table.

842 - 2/14/20 --- same as 248 on my table and so on.

Let's pick  NY

068 - 2/16/20

284 - 2/16/20

068 - 2/11/20

284 - 2/6/20

NJ

064 - 2/20/20

642 - 2/19/20

468 - 2/16/20

You can create a table with doubles and you have more options for example 022 044 , etc. However, you will have more numbers. Run the whole month numbers of draws, for example 60 draws and check how many times the numbers comes from my table and do the math. Good Luck.

Another hint. Playing the fireball you can overwrite sometimes the number for example :

In NJ it came 660 fireball 8 on 2/15. If you played 068 - you overwrite the 660 for 680 and you got it as fireball - box.

Also if you know the 2 is due . You can play all the combinations with 2 from my table.

You can also do the table with odds combinations

1 3 5 7 9...

my point is to make something with less than 20 numbers. Otherwise not worthy it.

You can also make it numbers plus 2 for example

                0 2 4

                1 3 5

                2 4 6

                Also plus 3

                0 3 6

                1 4 7

                2 5 8

                3 6 9

                4 7 0

                etc

                        Hmmmm. Your table includes double 0's: 060, 080 as well as duplicate number combos: 028, 280, 246, 264, 248, 284, 268 and 286.

Should only be 10 unique numbers not 16.

So this is a clean list of numbers?

then the other 128 - 10 triples some all high some all low unmatched doubles and singles disregard i take it because they are dirty?
