Yes, but... I wrote a program that combs the Virginia data looking for them. After I got the program to work, I collected the data from all the states and every night I run the program in a loop that produces the same report I post for Virginia, except for all the two-draw-a-day-states looking for crazy stuff. You may have seen the post I made today about the Idaho data. The same program found that except in the Idaho data.
Anyway, to get back to Virginia, as an example, I picked one of today's Sync numbers at random, 255. That Sync report I post doesn't list all the details, but the full report shows what number the 255 syncs with, 263, and how many days ago, 13. So using that, I can make a chart like this:
04/03/2020,263,709 | 06/05/2015,433,263 | 06/30/2013,263,490 -

04/13/2020,115,258 | 06/15/2015,982,173 | 07/10/2013,831,973
04/14/2020,516,154 | 06/16/2015,420,646 | 07/11/2013,729,431
04/15/2020,769,xxx | 06/17/2015,945,255 | 07/12/2013,255,750 -
Imagine trying to find all those in the Virginia data by hand. Now imagine trying to find them in twenty-six states by hand! LOL.
So the answer to your question is yes and no...
