Does the Massachusetts Lottery allow out of state purchases of Season Tickets? I see that they only allow Mass Cash & Megabucks Doubler to be purchased from out of state addresses, & a $13.00 shipping price. Can anyone buy these Season Tickets from the Massachusetts Lottery website?
