  Sure..I've been tracking skip data as one of my filters. For example: Say 23 hit five draws back and it was in position three that night when drawn. It hits tonight...I mark 23 as a hit from skip line five, position 3..It doesn't matter what position it was in tonight's draw. Tonight's draw will only matter when it hits again. As the days of the month go by. Skip lines and positions are filled in. I'll see where a skip line will go 0 for 30. If that line has counts that I think are due, I'll play them. No number has hit from skip line 9 position 2 and 3 this year in the rolling cash five. Some of the reason why is position 2's are hit in lower skip lines. Still a work in progress. But this has led me to some good plays. Just got to group them up with other correct plays.

  dr san, with due respect, I'll offer once again that what you're asking/asserting here is actually the very fundamental basis for what most players utilize for their system. **Any decent player, worth their small lottery pick game weight, must absolutely and positively have a general filtering starting point based on the factors you raise here for discussion. These items are to be used for filtering out and/or factoring in all the best conditions when developing one's play list and, in turn, building their profit. 

  Honestly, it seems you're fielding a question around the very basic approach to the game itself.

  Small games, frequent wins, and regular payouts 'cause.....

  There are seven days in the week...'Someday' isn't one of them.

  OK. think, so we will analyze only the terminations or the last digit
  example17 digit 7 is last digit
  so each position has 0 to 9 when it comes to the last digit of any lottery = pick 5,6,7,8 ...
  so we have 10 digits to filter by position
  where repetitions will enter, short medium and long delays and frequency in each position and with the neighboring position
  ex = from neighboring position 17 23 7.3 the digit 3 is next to digt 7,
  controlling the graph of the frequency cycle
  a reference can be established
