  I don't know if this qualifies as a "system" so correct me if I should post somewhere else.

  This information is based on stats from one-draw WA State but I do believe it should be valuable in any state.

  There are two methods here.

  1. pick3 "digits out count" (count of each digit 0-9 since last hit)
  2. Vtrac "digits out count" (count of each digit 1-5 since last hit) 

  Pick3 "digits out count" is a great resource @ 88.8% hit rate per 500 draws, but at times, there are too many digits. So I narrow them down, if possible, using Vtrac "due digits". I found Vtrac to be a worthy tool in reducing those out-count digits.

  A couple weeks ago, I decided to check to find out how many hits the Vtrac "out count" was if any, with respect to the drawn digits.

  Amazingly enough there's a 67% hit rate in 500 draws!

  In the following Sheet you can see how common they are. In case you are curious, I have the Percentages set to Highlight "RED" when they are lower than the "TOTAL HITS" Percentages.

  Notice ROW 20 is Last draw. Both, the "Digits out count" and "Vtrac out-count" for the next draw are also located in Row 20. That means that they are waiting and available for the next draw.

  That means digits-out-count in Row 21 (SA21:SE21 and SG21:SP21) are a hit for the draw in E20... likewise Row 22 "digits out count" (SA22:SE22 and SG22:SP22) are a hit for E21.
