  I feel that Lottery should allow say a 500 million Lottery Winner to get 250 Million in a Lump Sum and 250 Million in an Annuity before Taxes and fees(The take home Winning is about 167 Million after Taxes and Fees on a 250 Million win, so $334 Million take home Winnings together, ;) )  I feel this would be the best way....

  "What's your ADDRESS?" May be the CREEPIEST question EVER asked to a Lottery Winner! O.O WTF?

   

  At first, I found the one digit away draws kind of amusing, but now I am PISSED! 15 or 16 times I was off by just one digit in recent times!🤬 No longer find this amusing, it's making me REALLY angry now!🤬

  They might want to publish the estimated net wins instead and the amount before taxes.

  You can worry about the details once that you have the winning ticket.

  There is an option!
  
  Buy two tickets with the same numbers.  Cash one for cash and the other for the annuity.
  
  If there are more than two winning tickets then you get two shares of the pot (2/3,2/4/2/5...etc...)

  Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners. 

  

  There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

  They do that here. Look under Quick Links, click on  USA MEGA, then Jackpot Analysis.

  

  List Pick 3 singles by low sums, high sums. Separate each sum row by consecutive pair and non consecutive pair combos. These 3 pair groups. 14 17 47, 25 28 58, 36 39 69 are in 63 combos. 54 combos do not have them. Which sums do the 3 pair groups appear and not appear? Look at root sum groups 147, 258, 369. Play accordingly.

  There was a Martin Show Episode where Martin Payne won about 2 million before taxes and fees....
