At my job in the lottery corporation in Ohio, USA. My coworker told me one of the lottery industries somewhere in USA owns this website the Lottery Post to counter any new strategy to win the lottery and tell global lottery corporations everywhere in all countries. Is this true?

Maybe you missed when I asked if people from "global lottery corporations everywhere in all countries" are monitoring Lottery Post, what exactly are they looking for?

Just my opinion, but state lotteries would be more interested in which type games people play and a message board with high volume traffic is the ideal place to look. Been a while since I last looked, but scratch-offs account for over 60% of lottery sales (Texas is over 77%). So any "new strategy" has zero effect on their bottom line. Mentioned the effect the "fortune cookie numbers" had on bottom lines and that many lotteries created aggregate payoffs.

Games with fixed prizes usually payoff around 50%. In other words if the odds against are 1000 to 1, payoffs are $500 to $1. If you look at most state lotteries ten year percentage of pick-3 payoffs to sales, it will be very close to 50%.

The only rule changes because of a "new strategy" in the last 50 years in any ordinary game of chance was for Black Jack card counting. Not sure if there is any strategy to beat the 50% lottery edge on drawn games and no need for "counter strategies". It's more likely sites like LP promote playing lottery games.

All Lottery officials care about are : how many tickets were bought, how keep each individual ticket sold all across US accounted for while checking final winning tickets, auditing everything, keeping everything ready for auditors to sign off, keeping the machines and balls polished and clean to show on TV. etc.,

They don't have to go after individuals until the individual is committing tax fraud or cashing tickets for others. They have to keep their own internal betrayers and cheaters at bay too. Even then there are procedures/rules/norms for all of these.

Lottery officials have enough work like all other Jobs.

In-House State Lotteries aren't so much so..and this iz Mainly the rigging than some complain about..Cash3, Cash4, State exclusive games..etc

Each state also tracks and reports how many tickets they sold in-state : online & retailer store outlet

Most MUSL games and officials are also relying on states to boost sale and also proper reporting from each other.

Riggings have been done in the past and got caught. As far as Lottery Officials, they do have other work than watching us.

As mentioned earlier We have to rely on their honesty and internal reporting.
