  decrease your pick 4 by 9999 to get pick 3 for the next draw
  example
  9999-1680 = 8319 next pick gave 319
  do at least the last 15 draw4 draws to get a pick3
  test in each state

  hello RAVEN you need 10 to 15 last draws of pick 4, to get a pick3 not just the last one ok

  You do not have do do anything! Your decreased by the payouts to 50 percent, means 50 of 100, per cent, per hundred.

  can you give state where you saw this pattern? i tried ontario, na-na.
