It's still way too early to tell whether Arkansas is going to develop a pattern of Date workup hits clustering. Based on what other lotteries have done and the data that I do have for Arkansas, I would be willing to hazard a guess that we might see a repeat at 3 days. This isn't clear-cut case. The Arkansas Date workup hits are clustering at 3 days, 6 days, 11 days and 23 days. Again, based on my experience with other lotteries, I guess that 3 days will eventually be the most-drawn interval. We'll see. For now, I am going to guess 3 days which means our target date is the 14th. I have posted the chart for the 14th below highlighted and included the chart for the rest of February. Don't go hard on this. Let's just see what happens. Here are the charts:
