what is the best preparation to deal with the statistical universe of lotteries?
to have references or base, it could be repetitions and delays, short medium and long we have three types of delay group?

What are you asking? You can look at the history of draws, but the past doesn't always (actually usually doesn't) make any difference as to the draws in the future.

If in doubt, just buy a QP, or pick numbers on your own.
