  I've had some success just picking the top 20 numbers that appear both before and/or after a selected set of numbers.

  Here's a result from Ohio Pick3 Evening draw today where 096 was drawn. My program displayed the top 20 numbers to play after yesterdays number 359 had been drawn the day before. As you see, there was a box win with 069.

  The Totals area displays the number of times each number has been drawn near each of the last 11 numbers drawn. That list is where my picks are selected from.

  This is a new program and I'm still working out some bugs, but it has given me winners since I started using it last month. Using this nearby method seems to work best for me over the other half dozen or so methods at my disposal. I also find the further back I go, the better my results. The max drawing info I use is 11 drawings, which is the most recent plus 10 more drawings back.

  If you have some Excel skills, you can probably obtain the same info.

  504 has hit straight 35 times all states in the past year from today 6/18. Use search past results in the blue bar.

  

  List Pick 3 singles by low sums, high sums. Separate each sum row by consecutive pair and non consecutive pair combos. These 3 pair groups. 14 17 47, 25 28 58, 36 39 69 are in 63 combos. 54 combos do not have them. Which sums do the 3 pair groups appear and not appear? Look at root sum groups 147, 258, 369. Play accordingly.
