Kinda but it wasn't exactly like that. I used to do this but I've gotten lazy looking at what very high sums or very low sums haven't hit yet and then I'd research em to see how often a set of sums have not hit in a month. It's a set of whatever very high or very low didn't hit yet in the current month. Doesn't have to be many can be 2 or 3 sums.
if they don't get a hit in the set in a month when I research i look how long on average do they hit by in terms of weeks on average. I'd also look for worst case scenario and was that an outlier compared the average.
Like I'm making up the sums cuz I don't know what's not hit but let's say sums 21,23,25,26 haven't hit yet this month then I'd research em and honestly I usually went combo on the doubles and the rest I might try straights if it matches up with due pair or a very due digit in a position. .
I won a few times doing this but soon as it didn't work once or twice I got lazy with the research I would have to look through results a few years going through the daily results page one month at a time with pen and paper making the notes.
I won with it more times than not but the work is time consuming. Low sums end of the month are money if you see sums 2-5 or something similar like 2,3,4,6 have not hit yet they almost always get a hit. It's gotta be 85% or better it works out
