  To be clear I want to know if pick 5 positional wheels exist? 

  Not for pick 5s that draw from 0-9 in each position but from pick 5s like 5/31 or 5/39 ect...

  I can't Seem to find one.

  They sure do. Click on systems. Scroll down to Pick 5.

  

  If you want to hit straights pick the order using letters not numbers. ABC  ABCD.  It removes the decisions of trying to choose hot, cold, due, not due, digits in each position. The trends will become obvious. Once you have the order play all your combos in that order.

  Those are only for pick 5s that play 0-9 numbers in each position. I'm looking for one that goes from a group of numbers.

   

  For instance if my pick 5 is 5/39 and I only want to play 3 numbers in the first position I can only pick those 3 numbers out of the field of 39 numbers and so on.

  Yes, and grwurston is correct.

  Key and Abbreviated wheels do not work for this, because they are very specific types of wheels that cannot be altered, or else they lose their guarantees.  (Which is the point of Key and Abbreviated wheels.)

  So you would start with a Full wheel, and then use the extremely powerful filters that Lottery Post provides.  In filters you can specify which ranges of numbers can appear in specific positions.  You can also specify consecutives, repeating tens (decades), repeating ones (last digits), sum range, low-high range, odd/even numbers, differences by position, sums by position, etc.
