Can scratch-off tickets be duplicated?
I purchased two $30 Scratch-off tickets both of them were winners totaling $140.00
When I cash them in the cashier removed the remaining tickets and said they were sold out.
a few days later I decided to go with the $25 tickets this time it was the crossword on the back of the ticket has an extra crossword printed on the back which you fold I won on both of these 2 tickets as well totaling $125.00 when I cash them in this same cashier then shuts the lottery machines down now I am unable to purchase more. two days later the same cashier is working and has shut the in-store lottery machine down where you now have to purchase them from behind the counter from the same cashier and only a few selections are available and have been moved around into different slots I purchased two of the same $25 crossword when I got them home I first notice the printing seems different from the others were the letters are printed in the frame of the tickets were you can barely read the first letters of the words due to the area is not formatted into the puzzle and almost cute off from the frame this is also the ticket double side ticket you fold and the bottom half has a crossword puzzle this time the bottom half was like another ticket added to one ticket before I could fold it I notice it was not the same as the others instead of one whole ticket it appears to be two tickets put together neither ticket had the letter A or E on them I went back to show the cashier the tickets and less then 10 minutes from me leaving that cashier was gone.
