  I've asked this simple question several times ,,but can't find an answer

  ive been told the pick three pairs analysis tool here on lp is not to find pairs 

  to play in up coming draws ...to look at other areas for that .so ...

  what is it for? What do we do with this data ?what's the purpose ?

  Well, Wentworth. I'll take a stab at answering your question. I am back on LP after being pretty much non existent for the past 5 years or so and decided to get back into it and see if I can learn something.

  I joined for a month for the Platinum Membership to give it a whirl and see if it helps me do any better playing the lottery games.  So, my 1st experiment being a platinum member was to go to the 3 digit analysis portion that I think you are speaking about.  I looked at the 3 digit analysis for my state for the past 7 days, 14 days and 30 days to see what pairs were hitting. 

  I looked at front pair, back pair, split pairs.  From all.. from straight to boxed.  From my analysis I picked the pairs with the most hits during those three time frames and came up with $6 worth of numbers to play @.50 per number and low and behold I hit the 1st night on 146 box and won $40. I was geeked.. thought I was really onto something, 

  My Mom who has played the numbers for years.  Always told me to play your numbers for 3 days. Well, I did and I haven't hit since and it will be a week tomorrow.. so, here I am.  I went on again tonight and did the numbers for the past week.. same way as last time and have once again put together $6 in numbers @ .50 per number boxed and will try and tomorrow to see how I do. 

  I am not sure if the person who told you it's not a way to pick pairs was right or not. I hit once but nothing since and I have been watching that initial set of numbers I played and no others have come in in the past week.  So, will be interesting to see what tomorrow holds and if I get lucky again. Perhaps I may do some more "tweaking" with that Pick 3 analysis. 

  Not sure if this helps you at all.. but thought someone should at least respond to your request.

  Thankyou for yout kind response I appreciate it..it was actually Todd.. the owner / grand poobah of this site who told me that information so I'm confused then by what's it for..but oh well thanks and good luck ...

  No, I did not say that.  If anything I would describe how the Pairs Analysis tool is a universal tool that can be used for just about any purpose in which pairs are used.

  For example, if I wanted to find some pairs to play today, I could use the Pairs Analysis to search back in the history of the game to see what pairs were drawn on this date in history, when it fell on a Sunday.

  You could think of an infinite number of scenarios like that.

  Likewise, Pairs Analysis can be used in any system that uses pairs as input.  And when using Pairs Analysis at Lottery Post, you don't have to stick to pairs of a single game and/or draw time.  You can combine any states and games and draw times.  The date filtering is tremendous as well.

  So, I would never categorize Pairs Analysis as a tool that couldn't be helpful for any particular task, including choosing pairs to play.
