  There iz NO SUCH THANG..!!  After studying itz LAWZ..I've found Probability to be az structured az ANY uther immutable Lawz..(All water frezez at 32 degreez Fahrenheit, No xceptionz )..and for some to associate winning a Lottery wit the probability of a "lightning strike" iz complete buffoonnery..!! "randomness" iz GOVERNED by the Lawz of Probability..

  So, whut say AnYoNe to thiz?... Iz it possible to increase your "probability" to actually be struck by lightning?

  Let'z say for xample, cottoneyedjoe & Todd ea went out into the same Thunderstorm...(pleaze bare with me Todd, az using YOU in my example will most likely attract repliez)

  Todd iz standing under a 30 ft tree...cottoneyedjoe on the uther hand , iz leaning on a Tall 30 ft wrought iron fence...which of the 2 in yo opinion, iz most likely to xperience an electrifying jolt, supposedly ...at random?...

  Naah, even tho Ben Franklin conducted hiz now most famous similar xperiment, THERE WILL BE NO "BEN FRANKLLINz"  given out for yo participation in THIZ survey..

  I've built a system that gives me the winning numbers all the time. Even much so that not long ago I had all 5 plus the mm number!!

  I just haven't got the right wheel to put them together. 

  The wheel I've built, can use 25 numbers in 10 plays for cost of $20..

  Their Mainframe sweepz thru every ticket submitted, then it selectz the very combination NOT played..!!... Afta Cutoff time..in uther werdz..

  Tamperin wit the Product, afta purchase..!!  Just like in the 2/16/23 GA. Jumbo Bucks Lotto.. Huh!..  made my ticketz look like cottoneyedjoe picked'em..
