  A betting man, David Jagaloinzer,  experiencing cardiac arrest  and who later died was slumped over a blackjack jack table at tje Wynn casino for more than 15 minutes while dealer continued to deal.cards to another player. Lawuit filed in District Court

  It's one of those stories that makes no sense. For instance,

  Old Vegas joke;

  A player on a crapsd rable keels ovwe, falls to the floor with a handful of black cheques (chips are only used in roulette)  in his hand.

  The stickman goes to the floor ro check on the player and make sure no 'rail thief' steals his cheques .  One of the supervisores knows CPR and says he teied to save the guy but he's a goner. The pit boos asked the stickman "What was the lasr thing he said?" and the stickmen said "He held up the black cheqyes and said , "For the boys"

  Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.
