  There is a IRS bargain that when people hit the Mega Lottery that they owe me half of their finances. Based on the whole world of people selling my ideas and benefiting in the Quadrillions. These same people still get a chance to gamble at winning the mega winning  lottery. They are extra rich more than they supposed to. Especially off selling my ideas so therefore 1099 rewards is due to me every time someone anywhere hit the Mega Lottery tickets.
