You're walking with your laces tied; a little. By saying from the start, the pattern is random, you're basically starting out by saying there's no sense to the pattern, but you keep looking for it anyways. So right there, you've already tied your shoelaces together, but you keep trying to walk or take big steps anyways.
Pattern, same thing happens frequently, but not always. Ex.) Cold numbers pop up twice in the same number; doubles. The pattern can change according to anything or any other criteria you input. Cold numbers pop up twice with a hot number. Your definition of the pattern has changed; a little bit. But the end result is the same, cold numbers pop up twice in the same number. But, the result is the result. In the end, you really can only chalk it up to luck or chance. But it doesn't mean that you thinking of cold numbers as doubles is a bad idea, it just doesn't mean that every time a number is cold it will appear as a double. The pattern you're looking for can only be determined in terms of how much money you made on the bet. That is how you judge each pattern. By the cost of each bet. Individually. Which is why the jackpots, or the large payouts get so much talk, because they dont have to think about this. But how many winners are out there? The size of the jackpots will tell you, and the payouts on each game will tell you. So out of all the strategies, how many are actually winning? The answer is the same everytime, the pattern will not necessarily happen as you see it, everytime you see it. So you have to chalk it up to....luck....chance. In the end, saving 15 cents at the grocery store, is still 15 cents in your pocket to use the next time you go to the grocery store.
Just an easy example I used.
