Thx to Stat$ for remembering me. I remember him too, he is too memorable to forget.
I do play BC 649 which is very similar to Atlantic 649. And I do use an integrated system to do that.
Key points from my methodology:
1) GROUPS. It is very difficult, practically impossible, to reliably predict performance of individual numbers. IMO, trying this is a waste of time and money. This DOES NOT apply to groups of numbers which are actually quite easy to predict. Therefore I play groups only and don't care about individual number performances at all.
2) HITS. The smallest win in our lotteries is 3 numbers (3 or 2+1). Therefore, in order to win this minimum as often as possible your selections should hit on average this number. 3 numbers hit average requires 21 number group in our 649s. That's the minimum I would ever play; actually, I play 24-number groups and there is a statistical reason for this.
3) MULTIPLE SYSTEMS. Most players, if not all, look for that one jackpot-killer system that will nail it in short time. Good luck with that. I use 32 different systems, and selection which one to play depends on their most recent (latest 10 draws) performance. The selected one MUST perform above the average. This current performance is the MAIN criterion for selection (there are some extra ones as well). Therefore systems actually played change as frequently as Hollywood actors wives or husbands, the simple reason being that all systems fluctuate in their performance.
4) WHEELS. Using groups requires wheeling. Common understanding is that wheels MUST guarantee some level of winning. This makes them huge in size for any group playing. For me, using methodologies for lotteries is about increasing PROBABILITIES, not ensuring guaranties. I apply this to both numbers selection systems and wheels. So I use custom designed wheels that basically do not guarantee anything. In fact, I don't care if they do and what. I evaluate them for their current monetary performance, based on fact that wheels convert your hits (numbers matched in your group) into cash winners. A wheel that does it better than others is simply a better option, regardless of its expected or presumed guaranties. Wheel performance fluctuates the same way as groups performance therefore wheels used for playing change as often as groups.
5) FINANCING. I use 30-ticket wheels which costs $240-$270 a month. Financing comes from 2 sources: investment income and lottery winnings. The first is based on the principle "Let money make money", the latter, based on statistics, provides on average about 30-40% of funds required and is quite consistent.
6) AUTOMATION. The system I use is 95% automated in a custom made software. I am not a professional programmer. Early in my lottery adventures I realized that success requires automation which only programming can provide. So I learned it. With today's so many programming languages, sophisticated development systems and tons of tutorials, examples and comments learning is easier than ever. Learn if you are serious about winning. I'm not smarter than you but I'm persistent.
This sums up my playing methodology. Will I ever win something big with it? Based on statistical probabilities the realistic answer is "no". But it does not mean I will stop trying - as long as the financing does not come from my pocket.
On the other side, a large scale simulation of this methodology, conducted some time ago, indicated 2 Jacks in 4.5M tickets thus reducing odds from 14M to just 2.25M. Still a long shot, although much shorter than the original. There were also 6 5+bonus winners in the same time, altogether 8 big winners. Groups tested were from 12 numbers to 28, 95 various wheels between them. The smallest group that won big (5+1) was 16, all other big winners came from groups 20+. This should explain why I don't look at small groups.
This methodology may appear complicated and complex in description but actually it isn't. It's core is relentless testing of groups and wheels for performance and applying the best result to actual playing.
See which of the above may apply to your style of playing. Good luck.
