  We compressed last digits 5 and first digits 5 to 4 total short sum and root sum with sets having similar averages.

  Now expanding these out into pairs expands to more factors to consider....

  compress to similar averages based set -  filter and then expand is far better than repeated expansion and compression.

  Do these imply anything?

   

  They just imply that 974 draws are not enough for the averages to even out. It will take far more draws for the actual times to meet the math average times expected.

    exactly the number to dominate the universe in
    Tesla mentions 3,6,9 or is it a coincidence?

  None. 

  If we take this for Megamillions 5/70 it will be out of picture. 

  strange that the pick is 5/69 and it has 6 and 9
