  A lot of emplyees in Vegas casinos have asked bosses why Nevada doesn't have a lottery and a shift boss told us ; "The joints  want it all."

  That was over 35 years ago.

  Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.
