  Hello, all! This is Shawn. This is for the $1,000 Cash - August 2024 Contest. There were a total of 30 winners for $1,000. To enter this contest, you've got to purchase, scratch, and scan your lottery tickets with your smartphone to earn points. And then put those points towards online contests on the SC Lottery website. I saved up a bunch of points for over two months and then dumped them all at once on this contest about two days before the draw date. I am from a very small town in South Carolina.

   

  I'm saying I think I won because of the timing. I have 78 entries for the $1,000 Cash - August 2024 Contest and this is the first time I've seen my town in the winner's list. But if I'm wrong about being the winner, then I will accept that outcome. I was actually trying to figure out how long it takes to receive the cash payout. I emailed the SC Lottery and gave them my email address. And I asked them if I were the winner and how long it would take to receive payment.

   

  They gave me a link to the winner's list (which only shows the hometown). And they won't tell me anything else. Has anyone ever won any online SC Lottery Contests? And how long does it take to get paid? The draw date for this contest was August 7, 2024.

  You can't push these things.  Sit down with a cup of whatever and read over the rules, answers to everything that matters will be in there.

  I did read over the rules and it doesn't say anything about how long it takes to receive the cash payout. But you're right. These things take time.
