  I think it's a good number, all the lotteries in every state, people like you and me win significant amounts.

  It's only that they don't say it, they keep it to themselves and those closest to them.

  The problem is people just like you and me refuse to pick the winning numbers despite them bring nearby the losers they select.

  In the past whenever I've looked at "The Recent Winners" page of any given lottery's website, the pictures I saw were always of every day normal looking people.  But then, they're just members of the general public, and that's who buys lottery lottery tickets.

  They aren't any different than me other than they won a big pile of money and I haven't.  G5

  Those that won did not set out to win, it befell them, they woke up and oh my goodness, they won.

  The Chinese are lucky that their leaders don't think like that!

  The Chinese government lifted over 800 million of it's people out of poverty.

  So THAT'S why I don't win...because I pick the wrong numbers!
