After doing my homework and a little research I learned that the IT lottery gurus in Cleveland control all lottery terminals in the state!! After I was "blown off" by the state authorities as not providing enough evidence for them to investigate, the matter was dropped. Shortly afterward, the Ohio Lottery redesigned and revamped the Ohio Lottery website and shortly after that the entire system statewide (including new terminals) went thru a complete makeover!! I believe I was approached and investigated by a lottery detective after my original contact with state authorities!!
