  I am pleased to announce that the Lottery Places app, which is used to locate lottery retailers in any state and several other countries, has a new version ready for Android users to install right now!

  This is a complete redesign of Lottery Places on Android, rebuilt from the ground up for the latest phones, tablets, and Android Auto.

  We've been doing some heavy development work on Lottery Places this year, and this is now our third major release following:

  • The reintroduction of our Android app in March (description here)
  • Upgrade of our iOS app (iPhone/iPad/CarPlay) earlier in May (description here)
  • This latest Android release, which brings the Android up to match all the features in the iOS app, plus a little more.

  Next up, we'll be bringing all the little improvements made in the Android app to the iOS platform. At that point, we'll work hard to keep both Android and iOS up-to-date with each other, and release new versions simultaneously.

  From the data side of things (the lottery retailers displayed in the app), we've been doing a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure the app stays fresh with each lottery, so new stores are added quicker and stores no longer selling the lottery are removed faster.

  We've also added new countries, with Australia being the latest. (In the app you can see every lottery that is supported by tapping the "more" (three dots) menu, and tapping "Included Lotteries".)

  Lottery Places continues to be 100% free, with no tracking or user data captured by us. The one small ad at the bottom is the only source of funding for the app (which honestly doesn't provide a lot).

  The Ancient Lottery LoreKeeper replied, "A past draw lies at the centerpoint of a circle - a black hole. Two overlapping circles whose centerpoints sit on the circumference of the other share a Common Radius. This Radius is a Wormhole, a Time Machine. It allows the past draw (info) to safely travel into and beyond the present draw's event horizon without negative distortion, thereby creating an entanglement (synchrony) between the two communicating draws. This entangled space or portal is the Vesica Piscis - the white hole or Stargate through which the next draw is born."
