Ask the author, who is a member of L P, maybe he can update the book with better instructions. You can't use the system if you there is no clear way of showing you how. Your not the only one with this same complaint.

Is this new ultimate system for pick 3 published yet? It doesn't look like all of the formulas have been set up for purchase

Looking for Cesar's books? The way I did it was to type "Lottery Strategy Books" in the search on Amazon.

Then in the filters I look for release date or new releases something like that. Select last 30 days and you'll see a few of his books there.

Once you find the book you want and want to search for other strategies by Cesar just click on the link that says something like search more books or find similar titles, select Cesar's name, and you should see a list of all his available work.

May you win often and lose seldom. Good luck!

You do not need a Kindle. I do not have a Kindle. Kindle has an app that can be downloaded to any phone. Just go to Amazon, search for a book and it will tell you where to go to download the app.
