Its not unusual for skip count to reach 20+. This is the current skip count for pick 3 games.

Any digit has 271 straight combinations which has an expected skip count of 2.69 draws.

I personally think its better to play some event that is transitioning from say 2x to 3x skip count versus playing outliers. But does it really matter its all random and you are only tracking 1 event.

North Carolina seems like the best prospect, on the other hand I have not really won very much when betting real money on North Carolina. So I pass.

I play the Pennsylvania lottery. A student of mine plays the Oklahoma lottery. We’ve been tracking the pair 03 since June 9th.

It showed yesterday in a mirror form.

Missouri, midday has held out the X4X for 72 draws as of today.

So, I might run front pair, 04x 14x 24x, etc. all the way to digit 9. if one hits, it's $60.00.

The ball draw states have pretests, then the drawing, then the post draw tests. Next day pretests then the drawing then the post draw tests. So that's at least 8 tests, 4 pre 4 post or maybe 5 & 3, or even more depending on the state, between each official draw. What always struck me on the ball draw states was how one number could miss on the 9th draw all those times in a row.

Now I know some will say only the official draw matters so the others don't count, but they still drew the balls the other 8 or more times in between, so whether they count or not they still happened. And in this case the 3 missed on the 9th drawing (assuming 8 test draws) 21 days in a row. Amazing how that works isn't it?

List Pick 3 singles by low sums, high sums. Separate each sum row by consecutive pair and non consecutive pair combos. These 3 pair groups. 14 17 47, 25 28 58, 36 39 69 are in 63 combos. 54 combos do not have them. Which sums do the 3 pair groups appear and not appear? Look at root sum groups 147, 258, 369. Play accordingly.

I used to keep track of Virginia's 3-ball fairly religiously, and there was always a three-digit combo that hadn't won in exact order in at least 6,000 drawings. Divide 6000 by 100, and you get 60, which is the number of non-shows by the number 3 in the Oklahoma Lottery (20 Pick-3 drawings). So, I do not find the number 3 not showing up for twenty drawings unusual.

Today's winning 3-ball is going to be a number between 000 and 999.

In a lot of states, lotteries benefit education. That makes the REAL winners the only people who can't play!

I used the past 1 year results, for Position A to = digit 3!

All the games with a 20+ skip count from the previous list I posted have hit in the last two days. The only current 20+ skip count is Kansas Combined with digit 3 currently at 20 skips.

As a side note Doubles have a expected skip similar to any digit. (2.70 versus 2.69) Expected skip is 1 - p(E) / p(E)

Michigan Midday currently has a skip count of 17 for doubles.

Texas Morning currently has a skip count of 16 for doubles

Texas Midday currently has skip count of 15 for doubles.

I am kinda of the opinion you want to concentrate on probability events where the event in question does not have a lot of variance but is more linear when applied to all of the games. In other words you do not want a lot of gaps. For instance digits by position have expected skip count of 9 but instead what if I grouped them by 3 digits then the expected skip count is 2.33. expected skip counts near 2.7 seem to work well.

I might create two OpenAI models this weekend one that concentrates on digits, and one that concentrates on pairs. My goal is not to predict exact combos but to rank the combos to see if their are any correlations.

At on line payouts I only have to be correct 1 in 9 to be profitable if playing 100 ranked combos at a time. I also do not necessarily have to play the top 100 ranked combos.

Texas Morning hit double today
Texas Day hit double yesterday and today
Michigan Midday hit double today

All events hit within 3 draws making them profitable. I am starting my own thread in Pick 3 Forums for those interested in this type of stuff.
