Buyer beware!!! I just closed my account with them due to shady practices.
I purchased two consecutive days tickets on the pick 4. The purchase was made 9/30 @8:04 am. One for midday for two draws and one for evening for two draws. The number was the date 1001. Much to my surprise the second evening drawing 10/01 was turned into a midday drawing without my consent. So here I thought I planned ahead and right there on their website they encourage you to make multi draw purchases so you never miss a draw!!! So there I sat with no evening ticket and it was of course sold out!!! Couldn't even correct their corrupt tactics. This isn't the only time I have had an issue. If you replay a previously ordered ticket for evening they will also turn that into a midday drawing ticket and their response was sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I'm not done ... Purchased a muti-draw Powerball ticket(when it was over a billion)with the power play of course (who would play it any other way???) for two consecutive draws. The first drawing had the power play and the second one did NOT have the power play. There is no warning,no option no question do you want the power play on both draws. You just end up with money spent on a ticket you don't want! Their answer was yeah that's how it works sorry for your inconvenience. The same answer I got from the pick 4 debacle...yeah if you want two consecutive evening draws we turn your second one into a midday for you. That's how the multi draw works sorry for your inconvenience. I will never spend another dollar with them. In my opinion they are fraudulent ,misleading, false advertising, and thieves.
