Well some people or a lot of people wouldn't be excited knowing that I won and not them, so id probably tell nobody. Not even my mom.

I'm sure the cops would be notified asap, automatically.

I'd setup my ducks, buy some stuff for my ducks, and figure out things from there.

Probably still play pick 3 and continue the cycle until another pb jackpot powers up again.

I would stand before the mirror and tell the person looking at me inside the mirror "You Won"

Then I would be quiet for 12 months.

I would then tell my spouse after 12 months but before the 16th month.

By that time I would have set everything, investment wise, in motion.

I believe winning the lottery jackpot is a 💯 % factor of luck.

May Fortuna, goddess of chance or lot vindicate me.

Thanks to PA Senate bill 73 (effective since September 30th, 2025), nobody!

That was the bill proposed and passed that allows winners of $100,000 or more to remain anonymous.

It was a long time coming and proposed before, but finally gained enough bipartisan support just a few months ago.

All they can publish is county, state and prize amount. Before, it was first name, last initial, county, state and prize amount.

One for business with lawyers/investment rep/accountants and one for personal. When you travel around in the USA, there are times your carrier does not work in all places and the other does. Gotta be prepared so if the urgency arises, you are covered.

For starters I'd only tell the very few people who absolutely needed to know. That pretty much means the lawyer that would handle the legal issues. No need to tell my wife right away, but I'd set Gmail to send an email in a few weeks just in case I get hit by a truck. Eventually I'd probably need to come clean with a few relatives, but I might be able to explain away a new (and reasonable) house as a splurge when an expected inheritance turns out to be larger than I thought.

Sounds like a great way for your entire village or town to find out who won.

If I won the lottery I could afford a better plan, but I don't need one. If I have a signal I can already make a call with no roaming charges, and if there is a signal my phone probably has it.

I'd go straight to a lawyer. I wouldn't even tell my pets. Even they can't be trusted with that kind of info.
