  A: Don't play games that use an RNG.
  
  B: The objective is to use a prediction system that mimics the drawing system, sort of an overlay.  The question is what else you got to work with?

  Once people get involved natural randomness disappears. Because then a human (or a computer) is deciding if something is random enough or not and may attempt to alter the natural randomness to what they think the "randomness" should be.

  

  There are 3 categories of numbers. Consecutive Pairs, Non Consecutive Pairs, and Doubles. If you don't want to lose your money, then don't play the one that's not hitting.
