  Does anyone pay attention to the pre draws and does it help you in  any way for the draw games?

  I think Texas is the only state that posts them. They did at one time, don't know if that has changed.

  And would you even have enough time before the drawing to do anything with the info.

  

  There are 3 categories of numbers. Consecutive Pairs, Non Consecutive Pairs, and Doubles. If you don't want to lose your money, then don't play the one that's not hitting.
