The Lottery Results Search Engine has grown again. When you get to the step where you enter the numbers to search for, you will find three new things:
- Up to 50 sets of numbers per search, up from 10. Click "Add 10 More Lines" as often as you need.
- Paste your numbers instead of typing them. Paste a list from a spreadsheet, a document, or a forum post into any box, and it fills the grid from there. Or click "Paste Numbers" and paste into the window that opens (easiest on a phone); those sets go in after the last line you have filled. One set per line, numbers separated by spaces, commas, tabs, or dashes (1-2-3-0 works). Two commas in a row leave a position blank (1,,3), and for lotto games with a bonus number, put a + before it (5 12 23 34 45 + 7).
- It's much faster. The search was rebuilt underneath and runs several times faster than before: even 50 sets across every state's games and all available history now finish quicker than 10 sets did.
There is also a new Instructions section on the first screen, below the game selection, with a "More" button for the full details.
Saved search links still work: links you copied before still run the same search, and new links include all of your lines, so a 50-set search can be bookmarked or shared like any other.
As before, the full capability is part of Platinum membership. Standard and Gold members can try all of the new features, with the search limited to the trial month; the "Copy a link for this search" button stays Platinum-only.

Question, I went to pick 4 charts and copied the boxed combos from sum 9. Total 18 combos. Went to search results, Selected Md Pick 4 Mid and Eve, clicked add 10 lines, then clicked on Paste numbers. Then I pasted the copied combos from sum 11 into the paste numbers window. Then I clicked on Fill and got this message. Line 1: 18 values; this game has 4 positions.
What did I do wrong? Or does it not allow us to paste the entire amount of combos in the paste window all at once into the combos to be searched.

Everyone picks the right numbers every time. The problem is the lottery doesn't always agree.

You're pasting numbers in a different format than what the page is expecting.
It expects:
1,2,3,4
5,6,7,8
4,,,9
(That last one has only a leading and trailing number)
But I'll put a fix in that will accept a paste from the format you're trying too, so it will work either way shortly. I'll update the instructions on the page too to show all the formats it can handle.

The new pasting format is now available, so you can try again.
However, you don't need to make room for the pasted data yourself. Just put the cursor in the first box and do the paste. It will automatically make room with more boxes (up to 50 ) if needed.
