I have to confess that I'm actually terrified of the possibility of winning a huge lottery like hundreds of millions of dollars. I am not equipped to handle hundreds of millions of dollars and I feel that much money would end up being a burden in my life. I would be getting harassed and targeted over that money, heck my family harassed me over a $5,000 win, I absolutely shudder to think what would happen if I won hundreds of millions of dollars. I could see myself blowing big money in gaudy crap I don't actually need just buying it because I have the money to do it like a $10 million gold ring that was supposedly worn by the Pharaoh Ramses or some crap like that. The real me would never be buying a 10 million gold ring like that , I'd be absolutely disgusted by the thought of doing that, but I could see the version of me that wins hundreds of millions of dollars buying a gaudy 10 million gold ring that was supposedly worn by the Pharaoh Ramses just because I can.
I want to win a small lottery like 10 million at the most, not hundreds of millions of dollars. A poll on here asked a question about the money we want to win in a lottery. I chose the small lottery option like 1-10 million and was relieved that other Lottery Post Posters also chose the 1-10 million option. I want enough to live my life comfortably without feeling suffocated by the money. I want to be feel like I am swimming comfortably in a pool not feel like I am drowning in the open sea.
I feel like I'd end up being one of those cautionary tale winners who blew the money willy nilly and recklessly and ended up being lucky to be have a job working in construction or something like that after being worth hundreds of millions of dollars not that long ago.
