  On October 6, 2026 at 3:36 pm Eastern Time, we officially had our 8 millionth forum post at Lottery Post!

  I'd like to congratulate Looloodough for making post #8,000,000, which is right here: https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/355986/8261565

  It's a pretty amazing milestone that I certainly never imagined 26 years ago when I started Lottery Post.  So, although Looloodough gets the nod for the post that put us over the edge, it's all of the wonderful, sharing Lottery Post members over the years who have collectively got us to this point, through their tremendous dedication and passion for the lottery.

  Well, you know me! Your resident Astrologer, couldn't resist running an astrology chart for the exact moment Lottery Post reached its 8 millionth forum post. And wouldn't you know it... the heavens had something to say about it! LOL!

  At precisely 3:36 PM on October 6, 2026, (in Southern New Jersey) both Venus and Mercury were sitting at 8 degrees of Scorpio! That's right... TWO planets at 8 degrees, celebrating EIGHT MILLION posts!

  And where were they? In Scorpio, the zodiac sign associated with other people's money. Now, isn't that fitting for a community of lottery players, all hoping to get their hands on a little of somebody else's money? LOL!

  But here's where the chart really tells a story.

  Mars in Leo, squaring those planets in Scorpio, while forming a trine to Saturn, speaks to the hard work, determination, discipline, and perseverance it took to reach this milestone. Twenty-six years of building, maintaining, and growing a community doesn't happen by accident. It takes someone willing to put in the work, year after year.

  And then there's the Moon conjunct Jupiter in Leo! Leo, the sign associated with gambling, entertainment, and taking a chance. Jupiter is the planet of expansion, abundance, and good fortune. Put those two together, and I'd say the stars are suggesting that Lottery Post still has plenty of growing to do!

  Eight million posts, two planets at eight degrees, and Jupiter cheering from the gambling sign of Leo!

  You just can't make this stuff up!

  LOL! Todd, being a Leo, you've actually been demonstrating that 5th-house energy all along!

  In astrology, Leo is the natural sign associated with the 5th house, which governs gambling, speculation, games, recreation, creativity, and entertainment.

  And just look at what you've created here! Not only a gathering place for lottery enthusiasts, but you've also given us Sudoku, Poker, 2048, and now Space Invaders! LOL! You're certainly keeping that 5th-house spirit alive!

  And remember, we already discovered that LEO was hiding inside the letters of LOTTERY POST! 

  I also always thought it was pretty cool that you included everyone's Sun sign in their Lottery Post profile. Somewhere along the way, you recognized that the stars were something your members might enjoy knowing about one another.

  So perhaps it's no coincidence that a Leo built a playground for people who love taking chances and having a little fun!
