Susan,
You can easily find both my contact e-mail address as well as our policy on advertising along the top of any page on this forum ("Contact Us" and "Rules").
In "Rules" (which are very simple) you will find the following quote:
"You may not use the message board as an advertising medium. Anyone attempting to do so will have their messages deleted, and repeat offenders will be banned from Lottery Post."
I have been somewhat flexible in the past about people posting ad-type messages one time to spread the word about their site. However, I do not allow anyone to post continually to the forum with that intent. Unfortunately, I've had to permanently ban certain individuals who couldn't follow the rules.
I try to do my best to keep this board spam-free, and I do that through a combination of input from regular Lottery Post users and my own intuition. I am familiar with your service, and I do feel that your posts are designed to advertise. You may disagree, but that's my opinion.
If you'd like to engage in discussion on this forum, that's fine by me. I have never had a problem with people who stick a link on the bottom of their posts (I've provided a place to do that), so long as the messages are not spam-filled. Spam annoys people, especially the regulars.
