DailyNumbers has given his final farewell on his site. Apparently (according to his statement) there were people (maybe even just one person) who were (was) taking his predictions and posting them as theirs, for profit, etc.

Since D#'s was reluctant to name the person, does anyone here have any idea who he's talking about? Maybe someone can look into this some more and figure out who it is. Because I sure as heck would like to boycott their site and/or "out" them if possible.

What a sad state of affairs!!!I wonder how many millions of dollars these people would make if they put the same amount of time into a legitimate buisness as they do in trying to hussle people...I am afraid that I dont buy anything over the internet...so I could not reference any "for sale"system..I will look around while I am surfing and see if I can determine anything..I probably wont spend much time on that though....

I am just very confused why no one will come right out and say WHO is posing as several different people and trying to scam people. If someone has some evidence of this, then we can get rid of the problem pretty quickly.

I am at loss for words, how sad, the sky feels like it just fell on the earth. How can anyone do this to anyone?? I can't imagine, the pain and grief Daily's family is going thru at this moment. He only wanted to do good, for all or just a few. How can anyone do this to such a good man, honest and caring to others need. Daily if you read this, my prayers are with you and your love one's. Just want to say "Take care and my prayers are with you."

I must have a larger back-bone than some....I can't understand why someone on a forum, posting as two, or three, or however many other people, has anything to do with someone else on a completely different website, offering numbers for free. Daily tried to call it quits a week ago, and was begged by many to stay. I for one, am glad he continued...but, it didn't last long. I'm really not sure what he was after in his post today. If he knew who was causing problems, I think he should have said so, and not just left us wondering. If he had a legitimate gripe, he should have come forward.
As far as people being scammed....they allow it to happen to themselves.
Back to your question, Todd.....check out the webmasters who have a system for sell...or have a mailing list, etc......Daily made reference to that.
Hope ya'll don't think I'm cold-hearted...'cause I'm not...just live in the real world.

From reading Dailynumbers web page, the culprit can be found where the word "Congratulation" is used a lot. Just find a that lottery forum and you've found your culprits.

I see your point, but think of it from D#'s perspective.

He puts a lot of effort into churning out a great deal of winning combos. Then, someone takes his numbers, or takes variations on his numbers, and posts them as their own. If one comes in a winner, the fraud gets all the credit. Worse yet, once the fraud gets to be known as someone who picks a lot of winners, they go sell "their" numbers as a new system.

I completely understand D#'s position on this. He does all the hard work, only for some bad apples to steal his work and claim it as their own.

If we want Daily Numbers back, then we all have to recognize that this is happening, and be on the lookout for anyone posting either his numbers directly, or variations on his numbers. For example, if D#'s posts 6-0-3 and 8-9-5, and then someone else posts 6-3-0 and 5-9-8, I think we can draw a conclusion there.

Let's all be on the lookout and root out the culprit(s). I'm sure D#'s doesn't want to come out & say who it is for fear getting attacked. I don't blame him.

I guess I felt he was a little dramatic about it. As I just read on another forum: he stated he made his living off the lottery, not off sales, so none of this should have hurt him financially...he was giving his numbers freely. So why did he bring his family into all this? They should not have affected.

oldham, I guess you were not around when daily use to post his numbers at maybells. he would just post one or two numbers for everyone and by golly, they would hit and then so many people their got real jelaous that they basically ran him out with multiple very nasty message's to him and daily replied and told everyone that since he is out of town alot he had his daughter go to maybells and copy the message's for him so he wouldn't miss them and his daughter read the many nasty message's posted by certain people their and she totally must have gotten so upset that daily ripped into everyone and then he got so mad that he entered the pick 3 challenge that was going on and on the last day of the challange he kicked everyone's tails and he won the contest and then had enough class to say he was leaving cause he goes out on the water for most of the summer but I have always felt he left because his daughter saw those message;s so I think that is what he was referring to today directed at those at maybells. It makes sense to me because so many messages in his own guest book were from evidently the same people about asking him if his numbers are any good in Ohio after his numbers just came in the night before in Ohio. Sometimes his numbers would come in both pick 3 and 4 drawings and yet someone would post asking him if any of his numbers were any good in that state (duh) and right before he closed the first time, I saw a message where someone asked where is there a good web site for picking numbers (duh) and someone replied and told them to go to maybells as they have the best predictors in the world there so I feel daily finally said the hell with all of us if he can't even trust his own guest book from those who are so jealous of him and those who also sell systems. Just my 2 cents worth.

The people who were nasty to D#'s missed the whole point of Maybell's -- a place where lottery players can compare numbers and systems and learn from each other. In a competitive family sort of way -- but not nasty and not cutthroat.

People gave Lucky a hard time too -- I recall Lucky having to quit responding to messages on the board over there.

You're right, I was not around when he was posting on Maybells.I only knew of him from the ones who sang his praises and when he opened his site. I bet he WAS mad if his daughter read some of the stuff that's posted on some forums. I do not understand JEALOUSY. Why wouldn't someone take what he posts and benefit from it; why ridicule him? They weren't very smart!I frequent Maybells and this forum. This one is very upstanding and the Other one use to be, but, as of lately, strange things are happening(again, I guess).I don't mean to knock it, I'm just waiting for the webmaster to re-gain control.
Maybe DailyNumbers will consider opening a site that's password protected, like Maybell's WAS.

I share my days events with my family, it feels good to make people happy.
I know how it feels to be tormented, I was attacked many times at another forum...this person continuously attacked the Maybell visitors.

I find it odd that I posted here about Daily's numbers hitting the pick 4 in pa and no one replied. Now I see elsewhere people posting negative message's about what he is and did for everyone so I really wonder if they ever really supported him in the first place or just acted like they did just to get him to keep posting his winning numbers. If thats the case, then Daily is the one who got conned. And why are they there bashing him when from what I read what Daily said yesterday, no where did I see he even mentioned maybells or maybey I missed it or maybey they have a guilty conscience. I also have seen alot of his numbers at maybells and I have also read the message's there posted today. I could really care less how many names they use to post things to themselves as I use their site for researching only and take their message forum with a grain of salt but what does bother me is I see now that they are posting message's negative of Daily which I don't understand at all. They say how they get attacted yet they are now attacting him. Calling him mysterious and saying he gave them nothing but crumbs or how ever they put it but then I see that the one's now posting negative about him are also some of the ones selling systems. Why is it in the medical field that other doctors embrace another doctor who becomes famous for his or her break threw research but yet fellow numbers and lottery players don't embrace Daily but instead at maybells they are now bashing him? Unless of course they really are just one or two people or the entire forum is actually system sellers in disguise. Again I could care less who is who or what system they are pushing as I would never fall for their systems but now the Daily Bashing from them I just don't get.As I told someone else here on this forum, if you sling mud you better be able to take it but guess they don't believe that over there and they always plead that they are being persecuted with evil message's. I think they are the ones that need to look in the mirror. I guess what Daily posted for all of us yesterday in his final goodbye was as accurate as his numbers are
