Hi Skony,
It could very well affect Ohio and other states, too. It all depends on what's hitting. I usually take the last number that hit in a drawing, find it on the board I'm working with at that time, and try to pull another number from that area. It's kind of hard to explain because there are other factors I consider, too when trying to pick. For example, I notice stuff like "6s" and "9s" falling together in drawings, which to me is a sign that a triple is in the making. A lot of times, when you see something like that in a pick 3 or pick 4 drawing, triples may actually fall a few days later.
I also try to think like I would imagine a lottery commissioner would think. We all know that the main object of this game is to rake in as much money for the state as possible without having to pay out a whole lot of money to the investors (us lottery players). If I were a lottery commissioner and I had a hand in the system, one way I would accomplish this goal would be to surprise the investors and drop a quad or triple when we least expect it. A perfect time to do something like that is around a major holiday when the investor is too preoccupied with what's happening around them to think about running a number (especially a triple or quad). That's why I always start hollering about triples when holidays roll around and a lot of times, they will fall a few days before or just after the holiday. There are other things I look for, too, but if I told you that stuff, I'd probably end up typing a book and I wouldn't want to bore you guys with it anyway... : )
In Ohio's case, though, it just so happens that the 462 you guys saw in the midday, put you in the same vicinity as Georgia as far as the triples and quads I'm yelling about right now. The 444s are going through the same box on November's board and the number is in the "triple zone" on the master board, also. The 091 you got this evening has 1511 going through the box I made around that number and it's marked to catch the eye.
So, you may want to consider putting something on them. You never know. You guys may just be the ones who will see it within the next few drawings. Hope I answered your question without putting you to sleep. : ) Take care and have a wonderful evening!!
