O/E equations Play3 : "[ 0.3],[1.2],[2.1] and[ 3.0]" each = total v-trac occupation
O/E equations Play4 : "[0.4],[1.3][,2.2],[3.1] &[4.0]each =total v-trac occupation
O/E vertical equations : "0.7,1.6,2.5,3.4,4.3,5.2,6.1and 7.0"each = total v-trac
: drawing occupation for the week on both P3 & P4.
For example: There are 7 drawings for the week.that means You are now dealing
with verticle-rows of 3 and 4 for each drawing type and the decimal like equations
are your measure for tracking and projecting.And keep in mind these are the limit.
We are also concerned with v'trac type which we at lottoworks refer to as combo
templates or v-trac templates but is not ours originally and those templates
speaks to the design of the v-trac combination and allows us to use selection
equations for them.At the sametime we will keep track of the number of v-trac's
that are used in a combo too(we do not count v-trac's used more than once in a
drawing for this part of the function).Using the Play4 for example:

1st v-trac template = 1 2 3 4 ...total v-trac count = 4...so that equation is [1.4]
2nd vtrac template = 1 2 3 3 ...total v-trac count = 3...so that equation is [2.3]
3rd v-trac template = 1 2 2 1 ...total v-trac count = 2...so that equation is [3.2]
4th v-trac template = 1 3 3 3 ...total v-trac count = 2...so that equation is [4.2]
5th v-trac template = 5 5 5 5 ...total v-trac count = 1...so that equation is [4.1]
Now the goal here with the instructional equations(0.3 - 3.0) , (0.4 - 4.0),
vertical equations(0.7 - 7.0) and the template/v-count all will fall in line with an
application-concept we call : COUNTER-SELECTION-TRACKING or C-S-T.
A simple tracking strategy which no one would have or could have ever invision
it's design or it's use in a sophisticated yet a simple multi-application strategy
such as "Intellicept3.4"
C-S-T is the observation of DRAW-No# 's which serves as variable-cells like the
v-trac's to number pairs except that v-trac's are limited in their use.Draw-No# 's
serve as variables to define the "complete" drawing transaction especially when
recording drawing results.For example: using the Play3 we would veiw this
winning v-trac combination in this manner:

or completed.

The Draw-No#'s covers 3 hundred and 66 drawings a year(assuming a leap year)
and are stored to all equations resulting from the v-trac drawings.You will see
what may appear to be a puzzle forming here as you redesign your datasheets.
Now you must concern with the C-S-T because this application will allow you to
actually similate the winning drawings(Powerful Stuff Would You Say?) no not
yet.The key here is to track the Draw-No# 's from duo positions...that is
"Complete" and "Due".
Due Draw-No# 's are gonna become possible winning v-trac combinations in
translation...winning lottery numbers whereas,Complete Draw-No#'s are
not used until another time or if you will another drawing.Also keep in mind that
Draw-No# 's Start from 001 and go up to 366 and if you choose 10,000 it's up
to you as Draw-No# 's are only variables that are stored to the complete
drawing transaction.
The focus is on the Draw-No# 's because there is no better drawing simulation
tactic on the market or with a Patent(lol) that'll do the job and also keep in mind
we at lottoworks combined the template design type with the v-trac count and
made it a simple decimal instructional like equations and like the others,are
subject to the C-S-T Draw-No # 's "Intellicept3.4"
Note*...Lottery numbers are converted to variable-trac's for smooth tracking.
that way redundancy of keeping up with numbers are reduced leaving the
focus on the variable-trac's(v-trac's) rather than the lottery numbers.
Note*...Keep in mind that v-trac's converts back to numbers when you're
ready to make your combo selections.For example:
v-trac's: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - & 5
numbers: 0,5 1,6 2,7 3,8 - & 4,9
Note*...The equations for the Play3 & Play4 are different based on lottery type.
The equations look like decimals but are basic v-trac selection instructions
meaning,the number on the LEFT side of the decimal or period means to select
that number of ODD v-trac's in a Play3 or,Play4 v-trac combo and the number on
the RIGHT side of the decimal means to select that number of EVEN v-trac's.
I know you will have plenty of questions and yes it is basic math.That is every-
thing except for the C-S-T.So I'll even give you a 2nd email so you don't overload
