Tim, This is a quote by you from a previous message:
"HEY DARRIN --I GEUSS THE PEOPLE THAT BOUGHT LAST WEEK AND THE WEEK BEFORE KNOW THE LAST LAUGH IS ON YOU ..WE DO NOT RIP PEOPLE OFF = ONLY THOSE WHO ARE NOT HONEST THEM SELVES THINK THE WAY YOU DO AND POST MESSAGES LIKE YOURS. KEEP PUSHING YOUR PORN BUDDY. BY THE WAY I MAKE A GOOD LIVING THE LEGIT WAY SELLING TICKETS ON LINE.."
Notice it says...i am making a good living selling tickets on line...well look here this is a quote from your so called "terms of service":
"16. BGL does not sell or resell lottery tickets. Any text or graphics on any website or materials issued by BGL that implies or states the sale of lottery ticket(s) is not intentional, and is not valid. BGL offers a lottery number monitoring and e-mail service for its customers. Any lottery tickets purchased by BGL are the sole property of BGL. BGL purchases lottery tickets for its own use, to aid in the monitoring of lottery numbers for its customers. BGL does not wish to profit from proceeds gained from lottery winnings, and therefore refunds its customers an amount equal to any prize(s) that are the result of BGL's lottery ticket purchases."
Notice it says there that BGL does not sell or resell lottery tickets...now whats up with that..you cant even scam people the right way by not contradicting yourself.
Now here is a quote from the federal gaming commissions website...
"Q:Can I Buy Lottery Tickets Online?
The Answer:
A: No, federal law prevents sale of lottery tickets across state lines. While it would be legal for a state to sell to it's own residents online, it is not currently happening."
People do not waste your time or your money on these scams.
If you live near a big game state then go and buy them yourself...even if this dude did break federal law and buy you tickets, if he actually bought one that hit the jackpot you would never hear from him again.
BTW Tim, i have sent a link to this site to the FGC for inspection. If you would like a copy of the email, i will gladly send you a copy, i still have it in my sent mail folder.
Have a nice life
