These numbers are good for any where.
I am not familiar with the person in Florida, or his practice.
These numbers are based on the controling planets each day, and there location, each day.
The Moon, and The Sun are the two controling planets, then you have the controling planet of the astrology sign for the month, and finally you have the planet of the astrology sign that the moon travels thru.
The sun takes 30 days to travel thru a sign, and the moon travels thru a different sign every 2 to 3 days.
These numbers are based on there location every day,
Using a ephemeris chart, I take the locations of these planets and take the numbers that appear under more then one sign.
Example to this is:
Monday May 1st
Sun location 10 39 7
Moon location 4 25 18
Venus location 6 38
Saturn Location 13 32
mondays numbers 3-18
3 was in 3 planet locations making it more prominate then the others,8 and 1 were in more then one sign, and I just noticed that I had missed the 2, had I not missed it, maybe the people in S.C. could have hit there 832.

As far as where you can go to research these things, you can try astrology books, astronomy books,or websites, My favorite is dell Horoscope.
I still do have a website where I was selling a book that I wrote, but I do not really advertise it anymore, because as of Feb. of this year I went under agreement with a publishing firm out of Chicago to write a book for them, it will be in alot more detail to the steps and process of how this all works.
In final , there are a lot of ways to find use for these numbers, and can be a great guide line to follow by, there good for all states.
