  Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico had been planning a regional multi-state jackpot game. I think somebody in CO doesn't believe in multi-jurisdictional lotteries. Maybe instead at least one of the three states will try "Hot Lotto".

  I just found a month-old AP story about the launch of Hot Lotto. It mentioned the six states selling the game, and, a note that "Washington DC will join by summer." Anybody in the DC area wish to verify this story?
