  Enterpreneur should consider about entering the extremely profitable lottery industry, too little comepetition there!

  The lottery is a devil conglomerate composed of secret government and business men. The lottery choses who wins. They know who is buying tickets. They have hidden micro cameras that watch who is buying. If they don't like you, then you lose. They come to you, telling you will win if you do a "favor" for them. The Pick-3 and 4 are just "garbage" lottery games. They use it to fool you into buying the BIG games like Pick-6 or superlotto or the EVIL Megamillions. The secret men talk with the "people from space" and with "lucifer" they pool their money and take your money. When you buy a lottery you sell your soul. I am not crazy. There's more but I think "they" are watching me. I have to go now and move because "they" are after me.

  I would think the actual chance of jackpot hit/not hit would be determined by the numbers of tickets SOLD, instead of the number of winners of all prize categories. The number of tickets sold in each of the seven (now nine) states must be virtually impossible to find out without being an employee of one of the participating lotteries.

  Chance of having a jackpot winner is not highly correlated to the # of the lower tiers winner!
  
  The best estimate for the % of having a winner is the (1/Combinations)^Combination. Eg, (1/76 Mil)^76 Mil. For no winner should be 1 -Previous %.

  Approximately 1 out of 30.8 tickets sold is a winner of some kind, so multiply the number of winners by 30.8 to get a pretty close estimate of the number of tickets sold.
