  Quick question: can someone in a state where gambling is not legal, legally purchase
  tix on this site? Tried looking it up on the internet, and was having trouble
  finding reliable information.

  It all boils down to where you are when you purchase the ticket. If you were visiting Canada you could legally buy the ticket and legally win using your real name and address. Everything would be totally legal.
  
  I use Canada because they have the very best lotteries. No pumped-up product of creative accounting jackpot. If you win a $20 million jackpot in Canada, you get $21 million. Lump Sum, right now, tax-free!
  
  This raises other questions. If you surf into a Canadian group-play site.. are you visiting Canada? In any case, if you didn't tell anyone, would anybody know the difference?
