  RJ: I knew that.

  What I meant was, the 50% cash value of the annuity (vs 44% until November) means that the cash value of a $21m Ohio 6/49 annuity is about $1.25 million more than that of a $21m jackpot a few months ago.

  The jackpot was not won tonight so Saturday's jackpot will be $23M, one of the top 5 jackpots in the country.
