P34 is about filtering. I don't play FL, but I will take a look for you:
FL Cash3 for Feb 26: 6-9-4
Let P34 select 5+5+5 numbers (menu Numbers/P34 Lotto pick) -note that last draw in database should be Feb 25 (or you can use research mode).
Now take a look at 'Past Draws filter'. With this filter you can eliminate all combinations drawn in the last X draws or/and all combinations that are boxed of past X draws and same for pairs. In this case, I select Pairs=30; boxed=150 and Draws=600 (note Average value in Past Draws filter). I always set this filter a little less then average.
I also usually add Even-Odd filter, in this case (after taking a look at intervals for Even/Odd) I selected Even Odd 2-1 and 1-2.
Now filter this and you should get 9 lines:
1-0-8
1-4-2
1-4-6
1-9-4
1-9-6
4-9-4
6-9-4
6-9-6
8-8-1
As you can see, straight hit is there.
