Today, the Powerball ticket from Indiana for the September 14, 2002 drawing EXPIRES!! Whether or not MUSL is allowed to use the unclaimed prize money to pay back player(s), how would you like to see the cash re-distributed?

I would say... let's add the $51 million to the $38 million current pot and let the next jackpot winner(s) only take ANNUITY option just like those lovely Mass 6/42 or 6/49 games.

MUSL would never be stupid enough to require a Powerball winner to receive annuity payments. Andy, why don't you move to TAXachusetts?
