How do you feel about the possibility of Mexico's National Lottery joining Powerball?

The article on the front page today discussed recent legislative action in Montana regarding them possibly dropping out of MUSL because Mexico's National Lottery has approached MUSL of joining and selling Powerball.

    smd: There is/was supposed to be an international game _separate_ from Powerball, AFAIK. (If Mexico were to join MUSL, "Hot Lotto" also could go global.)

                              I think I read PA is getting instant vending machines; if so, it won't be a big help. (NY has had them for years.)
