Thanks for you open message. As I mentioned to you, via email during our constant communication of the previous weeks, the ownership of the website has changed, which means there is no relationship between the previous owner TCI and the new company Everett E-Business. New owner, new location, take-over of web site, as I also mentioned, I have no access to any previous account information, but I offered you, to send you the amount of $35 from me personally - no business involved. That was by the way only one day before you made comments on this board which I usually would not answer - because they are off-topic. Would you please allow me a week to get the money to you.
We are NOT selling - and I mentioned that in our emails as well - software from that website any longer. The new company did not want to deal with any software that has to be shipped out through mail. We had a few copies left, we sent them out, you did not receive yours and I will personally send you a refund because of the long term issue.
You are not the only person that had problems with the previous company and I am in contact with these people, the same as with you and I am trying to compensate everyone by either trying to provide with they ordered, substitutes from our new services or - like in your case - by a personal refund.
Where on our web site do we sell any software for $29? And how can you say that this company is a scam when many of my customers are visiting this lottery forum without any complains.
I even sent you some of our new tools PICK 3/4 PDD Wheels for free. You answered they do not work in Illinois. Others say they work great in Illinois. Fine
Once again, you sent me your address I offered you to send you a refund. If you do not receive this refund within a week, feel free to contact me again. Openly in this forum - even though I find that inappropiate - or via email. Thank you very much.
